The office was working with local buyers and sellers for residential and commercial real estate. Advertising on a regular basis in German newspapers and magazines brought many buyers from Germany. In 1995 the office was beginning to use the internet to offer relocation assistance to buyers moving to Tampa Bay as well as foreign buyers and investors, mainly from Europe, but also from other countries - some as far as Australia.

In 1999 the name of the business was changed to "Florida-Online-Realty.Com, Inc." as more and more business was generated by using the internet.
