Currently (September 22 2005) Condos start in at about $ 275,000 for 1 bedroom, $ 270,000 for 2 bedrooms. When you looked for condos here before you will realized that the prices have gone up a lot and continue to go up. About 700 people per day move to Florida and many are buying vacataion homes, what drives the prices up. And there are not many condos on the market.
Please note that most condos are 2-bedroom units. A few 1-bedroom condos are available. The 3-bedroom townhomes or condos are rare and currently there is only one for sale for $ 639,000.
